Group fitness classes for everyone

Enjoy access to over 14 instructor led group fitness classes each week (and growing) over 1000 on Demand Your Reformer and hundreds of Technogym’s Visio Classes. Make the most of your membership by adding fun and variety to your workouts. If there isn’t a scheduled class in the group fitness room, you can log into Technogym’s Visio On Demand and follow a virtual one on one session.

All classes must be booked via our SUB10 app. They book out fast, so get on the waitlist too. You can book up to 7 days in advance and attend as many classes as you like within that period.

HIIT / Functional / Strength

We offer High Intensity Interval Training, Functional and Strength classes with Group Fitness Instructors 6 days per week that gets your heart pumping and your energy up. Perfect for burning fat, building endurance, and smashing out a powerful session in less time. Expect varied movements, circuits, and a bit of sweat.

PUMPFIT

Pumpfit with Diana is a full body strength class using light barbells and high repetitions. Build muscular endurance and tone every muscle while enjoying a supportive, friendly group fitness environment here in Te Puke.

Fight n Flow / YOGA

Fight n Flow and Yoga with instructor Laura, like life, is about finding bliss and serenity in the moment. Smash the bags, get the heard rate up, then practice breath work (Fight n Flow is Ladies only). Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility – we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain “mental flexibility” and patience. Yoga classes help bring balance to your day.

REFORMER PILATES

We offer 3 class sessions a week with Reformer Instructor Goriga and choose from over 1000 on demand classes on our Kiosks and build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your core with low-impact Pilates sessions. Perfect for all levels.

BOXFIT

BOXFIT is a high energy class that incorporates boxing bags, pads and cardio. For all skill levels. Sounds like you, come along and be humbled. Coach Tahlise loves to Box, brings great engery and an excellent instructor. 

QIGONG

Qigong (pronounced Chee gong) combines slow intentional movements with breath work and balance. Suitable for all ages. Chairs available for our seniors too. A fun and effective way to challenge your body and boost your fitness.
