Tahlise is a SUB10 Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and works at the front of house! She is a bundle of energy who has a passion to help people. Tahlise is a busy mumma of three and wife, but with her time management skills squeezes every drop out of life. Kia ora, my name is Wharehuia and I have a strong interest in strength training, overall fitness, and personal development. My approach is supportive yet motivating — encouraging clients to push their limits while ensuring training is safe, effective, and tailored to their goals. Outside the gym, I enjoy hunting, staying active, and continually working on self-improvement. I was Born and raised in Te Puke, and a proud father of three beautiful young ones that keep me busy.
