At SUB10, our classes are built to suit real people with real goals. From high-intensity sweat sessions to form-focused strength training, we’ve got something for every fitness level. Based in Te Puke, our timetable includes a mix of HIIT and Strength — with Box Fit and Pilates on the way. Whether you're chasing a cardio boost, looking to build strength, or just want to move with a great crew, our classes offer variety, challenge, and good vibes. Taught by experienced trainers in a supportive environment, SUB10 classes are about showing up, working hard, and having a bit of fun along the way.

The classes we offer

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training that gets your heart pumping and your energy up. Perfect for burning fat, building endurance, and smashing out a powerful session in less time. Expect varied movements, circuits, and a bit of sweat.

STRENGTH

Push, pull, lift, repeat. A classic strength-focused class working on compound movements, progressive overload, and muscular endurance. It’s about getting stronger, not just bigger.

LIFTING (coming)

These sessions focus on proper technique and building confidence under the bar. Learn the basics or fine-tune your form. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to grow in strength, this class is for you.

BOX FIT (coming)

A cardio-heavy session using boxing-inspired movement. Get your heart rate up while you punch and move your way through a dynamic, full-body workout. No previous experience needed — just bring your energy.

PILATES (coming)

Build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your core with low-impact Pilates sessions. Perfect for all levels, coming soon to SUB10 Te Puke.
