Group Fitness That Works for You

Enjoy access to over 8 instructor led group fitness classes each week (and growing) plus over 1000 on Demand Your Reformer classes to choose from and hundreds of Technogym’s Virtual Classes. Make the most of your membership by adding fun and variety to your workouts. If there isn’t a scheduled class in the group fitness room, you can log into Technogym’s Visio On Demand and follow a virtual one-on-one session.

All classes must be booked via the Technogym app. The book out fast, so get on the waitlist too. You can book upto 7 days in advance and attend as many classes as you like within that period.

The classes we offer

HIIT

We offer High-Intensity Interval Training with Fitness Instructor Elizabeth 2 evenings per week that gets your heart pumping and your energy up. Perfect for burning fat, building endurance, and smashing out a powerful session in less time. Expect varied movements, circuits, and a bit of sweat.

STRENGTH

We offer 2 strength focused classes per week with instructor Tahlise. Push, pull, lift, repeat. A classic strength-focused class working on compound movements, progressive overload, and muscular endurance. It’s about getting stronger, not just bigger.

YOGA

Yoga with instructor Laura, like life, is about finding bliss and serenity in the moment. Everyone can practice yoga. Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility – we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain “mental flexibility” and patience. Yoga classes help bring balance to your day.

REFORMER PILATES

We offer 2 class sessions a week with Reformer instructor Goriga and choose from over 1000 on demand classes on our Kiosks and build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your core with low-impact Pilates sessions. Perfect for all levels.

B.E.A.S.T LIFTING CLASSES

These sessions focus on proper technique and building confidence under the bar. Learn the basics or fine-tune your form. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to grow in strength, this class is for you.

PUMPFIT

Pumpfit with group fitness instructor Diana is a full body strength class that uses light barbells and high reps to build muscular endurance and tone from head to toe. A fun and effective way to challenge your body and boost your fitness.
